A graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from The Ohio State University, Josh combines analytical precision with real-world business expertise. With 19 years of experience in audio-visual design at The Ohio State University, prior ownership of an insurance agency, and a key leadership role within a growing multi-million dollar organization, Josh understands what it takes to build, scale, and sustain successful operations. As a father of two, he values integrity, stability, and long-term planning — principles that guide his commitment to helping businesses achieve their financial goals with clarity and confidence.
